Are frames included?
A frame is included when you select a frame colour before adding your painting to the cart. We provide a Free Framing Service on all our products. That means your art is framed by professional craftsmen free of charge, and comes ready-to-hang out of the box.
How can I mount my frames?
All our frames come with an easy mounting system to attach your painting to the wall.
Where are you located?
Crib of Art is headquartered in the Netherlands, with production facilities across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Your artwork is produced at the facility closest to you — for faster delivery and less distance traveled.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders!
How long does shipping take?
Every artwork is made to order — please allow 2–3 business days for production and for your tracking number to update.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Other countries: 7–14 business days
Free shipping with Track & Trace is included on every order.

What is your return policy?
Not completely happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Need a return label? We can arrange one — see our Return Policy for how it works.
What is the 5-Year Color Guarantee?
If the colors of your print or canvas fade within 5 years of purchase, we'll replace the print free of charge (frames not included). Every order also includes free Order Protection, covering loss or damage during shipping.
