FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We provide Free Worldwide Shipping with FedEx from our warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your orders include a Track & Trace code to track your order from begin to end.
All our paintings are made on a per order basis. The estimates below represent the time from the day of order till delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking number to be updated.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping time varies by location and all orders are shipped with FedEx International Shipping. These are our estimates:

Tracking Information
Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking number to be updated. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and you will be able to track your order through our custom link here. Or ask our customer support through info@cribofart.com for more information on your order.
Order cancellation
We understand that plans can change! You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel or make modifications. After this, your order moves into production, and changes may no longer be possible.
If you need to update your shipping address, change the frame, or adjust any details, please do so within the 30-minute window. You can cancel your order through your order confirmation email or account portal. For assistance, contact our support team at info@cribofart.com as soon as possible.
Tracking says "No information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes once items have shipped.
We do everything possible to pre-clear shipments, but some packages may still be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
By purchasing from Crib of Art, you agree that any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
