We begin with a 3-month initial collaboration period. After that, the agreement continues month-to-month if both parties feel aligned. There is no long-term obligation.
We do not offer upfront licensing fees. Our model focuses on shared long-term value through print sales, brand visibility, and audience reach.
Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their work at all times. Crib of Art is granted a non-exclusive license to reproduce, promote, and sell approved artworks as prints during the collaboration period.
Approved artwork may be used for:
- Physical prints sold on our website
- Website listings and collection pages
- Marketing, advertising, and social media promotion
Artists are always welcome to share and promote their work independently as well.
Print pricing is set by Crib of Art, based on production standards, market positioning, and consistency across the platform.
No. We require high-resolution digital files of the original artwork so we can produce and sell premium physical prints. Artists retain full ownership of their original works.
Artists are asked to submit 5–10 original artworks for review.
To meet manufacturing requirements, all artwork must be submitted in one of the following aspect ratios:
2:3, 3:2, 1:2, or 2:1
Accepted formats: TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF
Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
If your work isn’t currently in these ratios, adjusting, selecting or creating pieces that fit is perfectly fine.
Refunds are handled entirely by Crib of Art. Artists do not receive royalties on refunded orders. Full details are outlined in the Collaboration Agreement.
Payments are issued monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, based on completed orders from the prior month. Artists receive a detailed sales report with each payout.
Artists will only receive monthly transparency reports with exact sales numbers and payout details for their work if selected in Artist Intake Form.
